We created this map to show all the properties that were in the Vance-Pontotoc Historic District and what the current status of the house is. This area is considered to be an historic district because the houses and the neighborhood was so beautiful so we went to look at all the the houses and give the current status. This map is important because it shows that most of the houses has been torn down and rebuilt.
